A brief outline of development of CP of Slovenia and of Liberation Front in the Slovene Littoral between december 1942 and september 1945

Članek ima namen v skopih obrisih podati organizacijski razvoj Komunistične partije Slovenije in Osvobodilne fronte v Slovenskem Primorju od decembra 1942 do kapitulacije Italije, da bi laže razumeli tamkajšnje dogodke o septembru 1943. leta. Ti niso bili nič spontanega, marveč sad ogromnega dela primorskih aktivistov po prvi pokrajinski konferenci KPS za Primorsko. To vztrajno in prizadevno delo je v odmevu takratnih zunanjih dogodkov - predvsem vse večjih zmag protihitlerjevske koalicije, v kateri je Narodnoosvobodilna vojska Jugoslavije že silno veliko pomenila - dalo osvobodilnemu gibanju v Slovenskem Primorju tisto širino in moč, ki mu je bila potrebna, da kakovostno preraste v novo obliko boja - v splošen upor primorskega ljudstva proti nacionalnemu in socialnemu zatiranju.
