The Ljubljana National Council and its Economic Section

The article is based on archival sources and treats, for the first time, the economic policy of the National Council. The author examines closely the establishment of the economic section and the political profile of its members He deals with various analyses of the economic situation of the Slovenes at the time of the foundation of the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes, the problems connected with foreign exchange, the supplies, the economic regulations of the new state, as well as the position of the national economy in the newly established economic and political sphere.
