Analyzing historical sources, memoires and literature the author recreates the organizational structure of the Communist Party of Slovenia in Dolenjska and Notranjska regions in the 1941 - 1943 period. She offers some numerical indicators for membership in specific periods of time (the Spring of 1941: about 175 members; the Summer of 1943: some 440 members and 160 candidates), describes the territorial and political organization in districts, the structure of the Party bodies, as well as circumstances that led to such a development.
