Abstract

Based almost entirely on the use of different sources, the paper deals with the issue of post-war confiscations in Slovenia. Special attention is paid to confiscation of the s.c. German property authorized and implemented in 1945-46 by special confiscation boards; in general terms the author also discusses the confiscations decreed by military and civilian courts of law.
