Elections in the Ljutomer District in 1945 and 1946

The author presents a chronological summary of the problems surrounding the first three elections after the Second World War in the Ljutomer district. He deals with the elections to the National Liberation Committees, held in August 1945, those to the Constitutional Assembly of the Democratic Federation of Yugoslavia, held on November 11, 1945, and those to the Constitutional Assembly of the People's Republic of Slovenia, held on October 1946. He presents the preparations and execution of the elections and analyses their results.
