The Second Nationalization of Industrial and Mining Enterprises in the People's Republic of Slovenia
In the paper the author first describes the evolution of the s.c. second or supplementary nationalization of industrial enterprises in the PR of Slovenia, then analyses the causes for the delay of the authorities in value estimation and registration of nationalized property in land registers, and explains that the delay led to inadequate compensation for nationalized property.
