The Teharje Koseze community through the prism of the judicial protocol of the Kosez court in the 1715–1718 period

Abstract

Illuminated in the article is the history of the Teharje kosez community that succeeded despite significant social changes to preserve its privileged position. Presented is the organization of the autonomous (kosez) court, which was competent for civil-legal matters. The life of the kosez community proceeded since the middle ages within the legal frame of the system of confirmed privileges and non-written everyday life norms.
