Abstract

This text analyzes political rallies in Carniola, relations between the three political options of that period, and the operation of political authorities. It is based on statistical reports, which were gathered by the Provincial Presidency between 1900 and 1913, on the number of rallies. Although a valuable source for this study, the numerical data was supplemented with other sources, particularly newspaper reports and police records. The text provides insight into political activities in Carniola and the creation of relations between political and non-political issues.
