An Attempt to Place them into the Educational System of the 16th century

Abstract

After the introductional remarks on education of aristocracy in the 16th century the author deals with founding the so-called »Rank Schools« (Landschaftsschulen) in their two developement phases on Inneraustrian examples with a special regard on the developement of Protestant educationai system in Ljubljana and compares it with the catholic jezuitic type of middle school.
