Abstract

In his review the author discusses the origin of the Yugoslav state, the relation of Slovenes towards Austria and their various forms of the Yugoslav idea, Serbian concepts of Yugoslavia, negative consequences of non-existence of the Serbo-Croat national border, and concludes Serbia did not liberate the Austro-Hungarian Yugoslavs, but enforced a rapid unification into the State of Slovenes, Croats and Serbs.
