Relation between Master Kozma Ravbar of Krumperk and the Village Community Domžale in the 16th Century

Abstract

The treatise gives new data from the Archives of Slovenia referring to the Ravbars, the landlords of the castle Krumperk at Domžale. The data are limited to the years of Kozma Ravbar being the land-lord. New are also the data referring to the sltuation of the vicinity resp. the village community Domžale, which belonged to the estate Krumperk. We also learn about the rights violation of the Krumperk bondsmen on the community land (the right of wood and litter usage and on cattle pasture). The author also deals with a minor local peasants rising in 1579.
