Abstract

In the 11th century, Kekavmen from Thessalia wrote "Memories and Advices", giving military advices and deseribing events and a series of reflections from everyday life in the countrvside of that time. The work mentions or presents some historical events from the Balkans, Southern Italy and Near East.
