Kostel during Settlement Attempts of the Uskoki in the Middleof the 16th Century

Abstract

We have researched the development of the Kostel manor in the 16th century up to the time of urbar for the year 1570. By using some archive sources for the first time, we describe the economic conditions of Kostel subjects and landlords, and also the development of villages in Kostel.
