Abstract

The introduction of Bošković’s way of Newtonian physics at Ljubljanese and Italian schools was described. The new ideas used in our lands were compared with the teaching at Roman College. The Ljubljanese Jesuits contributed much to the introduction of Bošković’s physics because Bošković visited them several times. The strong influence of Bošković’s ideas on high nobility of Habsburg monarchy, especially Counts and freemasons Cobenzls was proved for the fist time.
