Ob stoletnici rojstva prof. dr. Metoda Mikuža

V času, ko obeležujemo 100. obletnico rojstva zaslužnega profesorja Univerze v Ljubljani in dvakratnega doktorja znanosti Metoda Mikuža, se mi zdi, kot da je bilo včeraj, ko je konec šestdesetih let skozi vrata predavalnice št. 4 Filozofske fakultete pred študente četrtega letnika zgodovine stopil pokončni, visokorasli in sivolasi profesor. Preden je začel predavati, nas je - še pri vratih - vprašal: "Ste brali današnje časopise, ste poslušali radijska ali televizijska poročila? Tudi te informacije so že zgodovina, tudi njih mora zgodovinar kritično analizirati, metoda pa je enaka kot pri drugih virih!"
