Dr. Anton Korošec and the Status of the Theological School of Maribor

The diocesan archives of Maribor feature numerous documents concerning the legal status of the local theological school. In his capacity of a minister in the Cvetković government Dr. Kororšec played an important part in the efforts to settle the legal status of the Theological High School of Maribor. On August 26, 1940 Korošec signed a government decree with which the Maribor Theological School became an official training institution of the state.
